Education Reinspired is a school consultancy service founded through Amy's doctoral research on school design. Our mission is to empower school and district leaders to create innovative and student-centered learning environments. We provide partnership on strategic school redesign, bespoke coaching services for leaders and teachers, engaging professional development experiences, and valuable resources to support education leaders in their pursuit of equity and excellence for all.
Amy Parsons is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Education Reinspired. She brings more than two decades of experience in K-12 education leadership and teaching, with particular expertise in the upper grades. She is currently pursuing a doctorate at Northeastern University, focusing on the intersections of literacy, equity, and high school design. Amy’s career includes roles as a school administrator in Brooklyn, NY; Director of High School Literacy across a three-state region; English teacher in Boston, MA; and in consulting roles with more than 30 schools and organizations nationwide. Amy holds a B.A. in English Literature & Political Science from Saint Michael’s College, an M. Ed in Curriculum & Instruction from Lesley University, and is anticipating an Ed. D. in December 2025.
