Education Reinspired is a school consultancy service founded through Amy's doctoral research on school design. Our mission is to empower school and district leaders to create innovative and student-centered learning environments. We provide partnership on strategic school redesign, bespoke coaching services for leaders and teachers, engaging professional development experiences, and valuable resources to support education leaders in their pursuit of equity and excellence for all.
Amy Parsons, Ed.D., is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Education Reinspired, bringing more than two decades of experience in K–12 education as a teacher, school administrator, and systems-level instructional leader, with deep expertise in the upper grades. She earned her Doctor of Education in Transformational School Leadership from Northeastern University, where her research focused on the intersections of literacy, equity, and student-centered high school design.
Amy’s career spans roles as a school administrator in Brooklyn, NY; Director of High School Literacy across a three-state region; and English teacher in Boston, MA. She has also partnered with more than 30 schools and education organizations nationwide, supporting leaders to strengthen instructional practice, redesign secondary systems, and center student voice and belonging. She is known for translating research into practical, equity-driven strategies that help schools achieve sustainable improvement.
Amy holds an Ed.D. in Transformational School Leadership from Northeastern University, an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from Lesley University, and a B.A. in English Literature and Political Science from Saint Michael’s College.
